Promotions & Coupon Terms

• You need a SecByte account, and the coupon must be applied at checkout before payment.
• Coupons issued to a specific person or scholarship award can only be redeemed by that account.
• Where a coupon is limited to certain certifications, courses or programmes, checkout will reject it on other products.

• Every coupon carries a validity window and a usage limit set when it is issued; both are enforced at checkout.
• Coupons are single-use unless explicitly marked otherwise, and expire at the end of their stated window.
• Coupons cannot be combined with another coupon on the same purchase.
• A coupon may be applied on top of an already-discounted promotional price only where the coupon states so.
• Expired, already-redeemed or withdrawn codes cannot be reinstated or extended after the fact.

Coupons, promotional discounts and scholarship awards have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or exchanged, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase. Publicly sharing a code intended for one person may result in the code being withdrawn.

Where a product shows a discount against an original price, that original price is the genuine standard price at which the product is otherwise sold. We do not display invented "was" prices, countdowns that do not expire, or scarcity claims such as "only 2 left" unless the stated limit is real. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is displayed on the product or checkout page.

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. A discount applies to the product price; any taxes, currency conversion or bank charges applied in your jurisdiction are calculated on the discounted amount by your payment provider and are outside our control.

• If a purchase made with a coupon is refunded, only the amount actually paid is refunded — the coupon value is not paid out.
• A single-use coupon consumed on a refunded purchase is not automatically restored; contact support and we will review it case by case.
• Fully coupon-funded or scholarship-funded enrolments carry no cash refund value.

We may withdraw a coupon, cancel an order or revoke a discount where a code was obtained or used fraudulently, shared in breach of these terms, or exploited through automated attempts. We may end or change a promotion at any time; changes do not affect a discount already applied to a completed purchase.
