Digital Delivery Policy

After a successful payment, the purchased item is attached to the SecByte account you paid from. You access it by signing in at secbyte.org and opening your dashboard — vouchers under My Certifications, courses under Learning, and programmes under My Programmes. A confirmation is also shown on screen with your order reference.

• Exam vouchers (card payment) — normally issued to your account within a few minutes of the payment confirmation reaching us. Validity and any restrictions are shown on the product page and in your dashboard.
• Online courses — access is enabled as soon as the payment is confirmed and your account is activated.
• Diploma programmes — enrolment is created on payment confirmation; module access follows the programme structure shown on the programme page.
• Manual or offline payments — activated only after our team verifies your uploaded proof of payment. This is usually completed within 1 business day and is not instant.
• Certificates — generated after a passing result is recorded and any required review is complete, then downloadable from your dashboard and checkable on the public verification page.
• Professional services — not delivered through automatic checkout. Scope, schedule and deliverables are agreed in a written engagement before work starts.

Sign in, open My Certifications, select the certification the voucher covers and start the attempt. The voucher is consumed when the attempt begins. Vouchers are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

If a purchase does not appear in your dashboard within 1 hour of a card payment, or within 2 business days of a verified manual payment, email contact@secbyte.org with your account email, order reference, date and amount. We will locate the payment and deliver the item, or refund it in full if we cannot.

Exams and courses are delivered online and are available wherever you can access secbyte.org lawfully. We cannot sell to individuals or entities in jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions. If a specific product carries a regional restriction, it is stated on that product's page.
