1. Digital Products & Services
All products and services offered on SecByte.org are digital in nature, including but not limited to:

- Certification preparation materials
- Exam vouchers
- Digital certifications, diplomas, and learning resources
Due to the nature of digital goods, returns are not applicable once access has been granted.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:
- Certification exam vouchers (including vouchers from industry-leading certification providers)
- Online courses and training programs once access is provided
- Downloaded or accessed digital content
- Discounted, promotional, or bundled offerings
Once an exam voucher is issued or a course is activated, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following situation:
- If a paid digital product or service is not delivered due to a technical or system-related issue from SecByte.org
- If access to the purchased content cannot be provided after successful payment and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted with valid proof of payment.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following:
- Payment completed but course access not granted
- Exam voucher not delivered
- Technical access issues preventing usage
Please contact our support team immediately. We will first attempt to resolve the issue.
A refund will only be issued if delivery is not possible.
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with personal schedules
- Failure to pass an exam
- Lack of usage or participation
- Misunderstanding of course or exam requirements
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7ā14 business days, depending on the payment provider
